Avatar packaging will cooperate with our competitors in a shared account except when cooperation is not in the client’s best interest.
Confidentiality
We work in a discreet business relationship with all our clients to protect their trade secrets, business practices or anything else proprietary to their Company. We will not allow any dealings or negotiations to be influenced, nor will we divulge any personal information received in the course of providing our products or services with potential, current, or past clients.
Controversy
Our employees shall not knowingly or recklessly make false or misleading statements about our competitors, vendors, suppliers, or clients.
Due Care
Due care imposes an obligation to discharge our professional responsibilities with competence and diligence. We will respond to customer inquiries to the best of our ability and in a timely fashion. Our actions and advice will always conform to relevant governmental laws and standard industry practices. Our opinions will be offered in an objective, professional manner, uninfluenced by any personal motivation or potential advantage or gain.

Ethics
We will always conduct ourselves with the highest degree of integrity and seek out clients, vendors and suppliers with similar business values. Our standards of business practice will promote commercial professionalism, consumer protection and the best interest of our clients.
Gifts
Under no circumstance is an employee allowed to give or accept personal gifts from suppliers, vendors, or clients of any kind with a value greater than $50, including but not limited to gift cards, vacations/travel, meals, event tickets, commissions, retail vouchers, or gifts of any nature as remuneration for their business.
Pricing
In all our supplier negotiations and subsequent pricing recommendations to our clients we will judge each Request For Quote on a basis of best value. Best value shall be defined as, but not limited to, consideration of: service levels, volume, design capabilities, professional experience, product quality, safety stock requirements, delivery terms, payment history, and price per unit. We will not change suppliers and ask that we are not replaced as a vendor based on price alone.
Professional Conduct
We will conduct all of our activities professionally and with a mature attitude. We take great pride to be completely objective in our judgment and to make recommendations that are in the best and proper interest of our clients. We will extend dignity and respect to all we encounter and will not discredit or bring dishonor to our Company, our Industry, or ourselves.

To maintain the quality of what we do, we conduct ongoing reviews of goals, activities, outcomes and cost effectiveness. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified and work diligently to be in a state of constant improvement to give our customers what they want, when they want it.
