- Avatar Packaging is primarily a custom corrugated box manufacturer for businesses located in the central part of the West coast of Florida.
- How can I contact you?
- You can use our Request Information/Quote form online to contact us or you can call us toll free at 800-380-4608. Our normal office hours are M-F from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.
- How many different box styles do you offer?
- We offer box styles to meet almost any application. These styles can be custom built to your exact specifications or you may want our design department to create several alternatives for you to choose.
- What are your order minimums?
- You can order just one box or thousands. We’re happy to assist you.
- What are your normal lead times?
- 5-7 business days.
- What if I have an emergency request?
- We are a manufacturer and can usually fabricate something in a pinch out of the raw materials we have on hand within 24-48 hours.
- What if I need protective or inner packaging?
- We offer protective and inner packaging that can be custom designed for your product out of corrugated, polyethylene foam or polyurethane foam inserts.
- Do you sell stock boxes or have any ready-made boxes that are available for immediate delivery?
- No. There are distributors or catalog companies who inventory thousands of generic boxes of various sizes for customers with basic packaging needs. Our inventory of custom printed or plain boxes are designed for a specific product of an existing customer.
- Do you sell rolls of tape or other packaging supplies?
- We are a single-source supplier of a wide variety of packaging supplies as a courtesy to our regular box customers. Our business model does not lend itself to be all things to all people.
- Are there any delivery charges?
- We offer free delivery within the Tampa metro area. You will never see a separate delivery fee or fuel surcharge when the invoice arrives.
- Are there any other charges besides the price of the box?
- New customers may need to purchase printing plates or cutting dies if they are unable to transfer their tooling from a previous vendor.
- What types of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can pre-pay by cash, check or wire transfer. Credit terms are available to well-established corporations upon approval from our financing department.
